Enable and triggerThe PLC sets Trigger Enable, waits for Trigger Ready, then sets Trigger. A digital input or continuous mode works too.
Light and captureThe reader answers with Trigger Ack and Reading, fires its illumination and captures the frame.
Decode and reportDecode Completed is always set; Decode Success tells the PLC whether to read the result block.
Acknowledge and repeatThe PLC reads the string, sets Result Ack to clear the flags, and the next part can be triggered.

DPM handhelds

Dot-peened and laser-etched codes on steel, aluminum and cast parts. The ReadCell VS320-DPE combines direct white light with diffuse red and blue light for reflective surfaces.
